The pickup process took too long. It took me about an hour to get through. It would help to receive a phone call BEFORE the pickup. I was told I would receive one but never did. That would have been helpful.

Even though they couldn't guarantee the truck we was needing even with 2 weeks notice, they suggested the location where we picked the truck up at, so quite helpful on that part.
