I don’t see any needs for improvement, friendly staff, good equipment
GLENN MWhen I went to return the vehicle at 6:00 pm, no one was to take possession. There was a drop-off box with a warning that there would be a charge to leave the vehicle after hours. I called for instructions but the phone line immediately went to voicemail. As I was returning to Houston that evening, I had to make plans to have someone return the vehicle the next morning.

ALEX GStart wirlth 225 miles left and returned with 240 miles left. Still charged for extra fuel money. Unfair and ridiculous.
