The parking lot is a little small and tightly packed with equipment. However, the (older) gentleman (Mr. Bill Casper?) in charge of the business gets a 100% PLUS rating from me. The service that I received from Mr. Casper was stellar in every way. I went to several locations locally and also tried online to locate equipment. The U-haul website was non-responsive and TOTALLY unusable that day, so I was fortunate to contact "The Hang Up"/Mr. Casper that day as he was able to complete the transaction by hand/without the use of a computer. I myself am and older gentleman (69) and greatly appreciate Mr. Casper's skillset and experience. Unfortunately, he/we are a dying breed, and (IMHO) the younger generation simply does not possess the knowledge and/or skills needed to function on their own/without the use of computers and or/AI. I cannot say enough of how thankful and appreciative I am/was for Mr. Casper.
