Nothing to improve on. Brian was extremely nice and even helped me hook up the trailer, which I was embarrassed cause it was easy. He didn't make me feel stupid or embarrassed either. He was very polite and professional. Very good experience at this location. I hope he sees this review. and Megan . Rented the 4X8 trailer. We appreciate him.

Joseph GAverage - the staff was friendly and polite, however when I added my contact information in it flagged me for not being able to be rented to due to a contact person having a balance due from sometime before. This was not fair to me as I had to pay this balance in order to rent a uhaul for my use. They offered to remove the person of contact but they would have to call the field manager and it could take some time. I chose not to because I had a time frame of my own to complete what I needed to have done. This should have been taken care of when the confirmation call was done. I think I should be refunded that money as it was not my balance that was owed.
