Paul SIt was self return so I had no contact anyone at this location. However I could not return the truck where it was originally agreed to return it ( Uhaul 3990 Prince of Wales Drive, Nepean, ON). The worker I met was very rude, very unhelpful, could not show some atom of empathy about my experience picking and returning this truck and worst of all sent me to a wrong direction. Shockingly this is the second time I am being sent away from this location after booking a return. I will surely avoid them as hell!
ARINZE OManagement zero , wait 1 hour in person at location . Get the key myself from frozen lock . I put the hot water on lock to defreez the lock .
