booked van 3 weeks before rental date....was called 13 hrs before the pick up time to tell me they were changing my pick up time to 2 hrs later.....unacceptable

Hi, During the return process through the app, I took some photos and noticed the truck wasn’t very clean when we picked it up. Just to clarify, the mess wasn’t ours — we only used the truck for 2 hours to deliver a piece of furniture. We’re not complaining, just wanted to make sure this was noted. Tony PThis is the second time I have booked through U-Haul where I have had to go to a different location to pick up my truck. Unsure as to why when I order the truck and get confirmation that I then end up having to go to a new location to pick it up. Shouldn’t it be brought to the location I ordered?
