jeffery kThis has nothing to do with the location in particular but U-Haul in general. I booked the truck for 2 days from the Kemptville location (8 kms from my house) and received the booking confirmation. The very next day U-Haul changed the booking moving my pick up to the Moodie Dr location (40 kms away). Bottom line the pick up and drop off of the truck would have been 16 kms (8 X 2) but not it turned out to be 80 kms (40 X 2). Right off the bat $95.0 in my mileage was on the drive home with the truck and drive back to return the truck as comparted to what should have been $19.04. I feel I should be compensated for the fact that U-Haul made the booking as requested but then changed the location and my expense!

Recep GI haul system was down at location and transaction had to be done over the phone which resulted in a 30 minute delay.
