Paid a flat rate for a 4x8 trailer. Dropped a trailer off here 3hrs after reserving it in NJ, 50miles away, when I arrived in whitehall to drop it off , I spoke with a employee who told me to drop it in the yard and he'll take care of it, I did so, went back to him and asked who I check in with he said no one your good im doing a yard check. I said okay.that man did not do a yard check and they charged me for 5days with the trailer. Im glad I took pictures and everything cuz that was my only saving grace, they weren't open when they said they were 730am calling customer service was simple but somehow didnt help, I eventually got my money back a week later and having to pull up multiple times and sent multiple multiple emails with proof and receipts. This place is mismanaged or atleast the employees are over worked or overwhelmed with the sheer volume of trailers and vehicles. Make sure you take pictures. This was absolutely the worst experience ive ever had with uhaul , but it was just this one at whitehall. Next time ill go with penske.
