Pick up was done on a Saturday at noon. No one in the facility was aware of my order, nor the proper U-Haul procedures. Rep did not do a damage inspection with me (passenger side mirror was completely smashed), nor confirm mileage or fuel level. The vehicle itself (with the exception of the broken side mirror) was in excellent condition and was exactly what I was looking for. I will certainly rent from U-Haul again, but not from this location.

I was over charged , when I returned the truck to the jersey city location, the guy was to busy to check the truck while I was there , my receipt says I drove the truck over 140 miles , it’s only 45 miles from hillsborough NJ to Bayonne NJ, how do I get a refund of the over charge
