Rented 3 trucks for the move at over $4,000, and each truck's inside windows were hazed over, making it unsafe to drive at night. I cleaned them. The last truck I rented was empty when I picked it up. The biggest issue was the U-Haul website itself, as it would back up and quit working and suggest clearing cookies, but each time that was not the case. Google even mentioned that the poor quality system and not to bother with trying to clear cookies, as it's a U-Haul issue that needs to be resolved on their side. :(
CHRISTOPHER CStood out in cold for 30-45 minuteS due the lock box lock lever was difficult to compress which prompted several calls to customer service...finally getting it to open after pressing so hard bruised my thumb. Site should make sure locks function properly
