EDWARD FOnce truck was ordered, from your Ballwin location reservation went to a non-existent location on St Charles Rock Rd to a location in Lake St Louis and from there to New Baden IL. which is 52 mies from my home. Three hours to pick-up truck is unreasonable to me?? Thankfully the equipment was good , New Baden store great and turn in Knoxville also great. Seems as though reservations could stand some updating!!
JOHN SNo easy place to leave truck that wasn't blocking something. Gravel lot only big enough for the two trucks that were already there.

Robert LLeave a jack on the lot to jack the trailer off the ball or add a jack to each trailer. I had to use a scissors jack from my vehicle to get off of hitch.
Eric BThe new system is not user friendly. Picking up a truck from a 24/7 location seemed an impossibility and I was not able to get much help from the first two people I called. The system needs work, but the silver lining is that the individual at this location was extremely helpful and professional. She is what I hope to see more of when i choose Uhaul.
