The people were really nice, but the vehicle was really dirty inside and out. Could hardly see through the windshield. Parking lot was really muddy so I'm sure that contributed.

Ensure that the pickup located is more knowledgeable about how the cash deposits work. We were told we would get the cash deposit back in cash once we delivered the equipment, but then found out that was not true.
