I did think that a truck that YOU all advertised on your truck for 19.99 or whatever it said had cost me $100 so you all should change that to $99.99 Local daily don't you think 🤔 Much more honest and not misleading don't you think ?

Al JWhen we picked up the truck, it had less fuel in the tank and more miles on it than stated in the contract. We submitted photos of the fuel and mileage to Uhaul upon pickup to document the disparity, but we still ended up being charged for extra miles that we didn't drive. If the vehicle actually had the mileage stated upon pickup, we would have ended up 14 miles under instead of being charged for an overage. They allow you to submit disputes upon pickup, but apparently do nothing with the information submitted.
