When you make a "reservation" it is just that. A reservation. Not a hope it's there when you make said reservation. With that being said, When you make a reservation for a pick up at a certain place, it needs to be there, not an hour in the wrong direction of your travel. I mean when one makes a reservation at a Marriott in Gettysburg for a certain day, does that mean you have a reservation in Baltimore awaiting when you're not even going that way, You're going towards Harrisburg. This must be fixed.

This place was pathetic. I will never go here again. I had requested moving blankets through the app when I made the reservation a month before. They had none, and offered no explanation as to why there were none. Nobody came out to make sure the equipment on my truck was compatible, which is wasn't. The trailer didn't have a trailer jack so Moe's left it on me to lift it myself onto my hitch. The electrical connection on the trailer required a converter on my truck and Moe's said we dont sell those. Go to Tractor Supply or Napa Auto. I had to tow the trailer, with no lights, several miles away and had to go into three stores before I finally found one in Lowes. I have never felt like I was inconveniencing someone as much as I did that day. There are not many locations on the Eastern Shore of VA to access U-haul rentals. I think you should seriously reconsider letting Moe's Service Center represent that. I will never go there again.
Heather WI thought it unreasonable that when wanted to return the rental to the destination U-Haul that we would be charged over $200.00. I believe that your company should be a bit flexible when unforeseeable weather conditions occur. I have been 30 some Year customer.
EDWARD Sthe location was great but the fuel gage was wrong, and I did not check it till I was halfway through my use of said u-halt truck so I ended up puttin $40 of gas into this truck rental when I did not have to b/c I was afraid of getting charged for fuel
