The staff were very friendly and patient. I was disappointed that the trailer was still buried in snow 20 minutes after I was due to pick it up (10am). All other trailers were shoveled out. The rental trailer was given to me with a lot of snow still left on the floor. Their snow shovel did not work well with a grooved floor. It should have been swept off with a broom but I did not have a broom in my vehicle.
VICTORIA FThe attendant was rude and the facility not well maintained, there was a lot of ice to contend with and they asked us to leave the trailer in a location that our vehicle did not fit into. Cannot recommend this location.
