The location was fine. The issue was I specifically asked for an open 6X12 high payload trailer when I made the reservation over the phone. When I arrived, that was not the case and I had already made arrangements to start moving the items I needed to.it was a Saturday, and I was stuck with it. I had to make multiple trips due to this, and I am not an experienced trailer driver so this was not ideal. Additionally, there was no trailer jack for this trailer which significantly complicated my life for the 5 days I had it. I think it would be very fair for Uhaul to refund me a few days fees for the way this experience ended up. Lease contact me for additional information. Thanks.
