We needed a fridge dolly.. Patrick had told us they were hard to come by but he would try to get us one for our move day. Patrick was able to find one and ensure it was available on our move day. We definitely would not have been able to move our fridge without it. Many Thanks to Patrick!

Josh IThe location was fine. The issue was I specifically asked for an open 6X12 high payload trailer when I made the reservation over the phone. When I arrived, that was not the case and I had already made arrangements to start moving the items I needed to.it was a Saturday, and I was stuck with it. I had to make multiple trips due to this, and I am not an experienced trailer driver so this was not ideal. Additionally, there was no trailer jack for this trailer which significantly complicated my life for the 5 days I had it. I think it would be very fair for Uhaul to refund me a few days fees for the way this experience ended up. Lease contact me for additional information. Thanks.
