The Wilson Auction part of the move was stellar. Everyone went above and beyond to get me on the road and then checked back in. The U-Haul part of the move was trying (and I'm being kind, believe me). There is little to no cell service in New Harmony, and I didn't know that I had to have the app on my phone to access the rental truck or to turn it back in. Not everyone lives in urban areas with ample cell service. A little information ahead of time would have gone a long way. There should always be an option to interface with a human being. Do better.

The drop off location was just blocks from my new house. It was so easy, the staff were very helpful. Thank you
CRISTIANA FThis was not the location I chose. A location further away was chosen for me, so I ended up going over my allotted miles. I ordered moving pads, a utility dolly, and an appliance dolly. All I got was the appliance dolly. William Wilson Auction House was great, they removed the things I didn't get from my order. Uhaul itself sucks.
EBEN BMobile check-in was a joke, kept taking pictures and couldn’t get out of the loop, VIP money not applied as it stated it would be, no dolly as requested in the order. Had to call 4 times to do anything. Pretty bad service
Peter MFinding where the lockbox for the key was difficult because of the event going on. Truck was blocked from getting out because of the event. There should have some warning we would have to be dealing with that.where the truck was it was hard to get a couple of the pictures needed for remote check in. We had to stand in a gully to get them.
