Employees were very nice and helpful
DAVID AAgain the automated drop-off process was confusing. I was not sure that the return was received and processed in time for me not to have late penalties even though I had returned it a day early.
Antonio LSandra was absolutely amazing!! I had a series of unfortunate events that made me a pain in the behind and she was so kind and compassionate and helped me make the best of a not so good situation. The uhual Rep, Bri/Bre was super amazing and kind as well. Those ladies made my rental well worth it, even with my situation. 100/100 will recommend Wise Buys Location in New Haven for Uhual Rentals!!
