Being charged for utility dolly, appliance dolly, and blankets that were never in the truck when I did the mobile pick up. And the door malfunctioned after one load. I even told the gentleman who stopped in to look at the van as soon as I get there for dropoff that the items were not in van when i picked it up the morning prior.

Driver side mirror turned inward at 65 mph. Radio did not work 80%, I had no clue how to work the radio 20% chance. Web app credit card exp date had mm/yy but would not accept. Finally figured out it needed 4 digit year. Needs to either accept 2 digit or expand to indicate it needs 4 digits. Bad programming.
