You can’t adjust the mirrors, I had to constantly lean back to see behind me.

NICOLE AA friend of mine picked up the trailer for me. The attendant determined that she had to perform the trailer hook-up. The electric connector on my friends pickup was stuck. The attendant yanked on it at an angle and one of the connector pins broke off in its receptacle on my friends truck and my friend had to remove it. The attendants should allow the vehicle owner to handle their own connections etc.. Then the attendant can check for function and correctness after. We dropped off the trailer that same evening after hours. 24 hours later, I still haven't been provided a paid invoice to be made aware of what it cost me. It all worked out though. The toy hauler was "perfect" for hauling my mini excavator.
