I was not aware assigned drop location was closed but the attendant did take care of issue. The Uhaul pickup and return app did not work for me at all after several attempts,so I took many pictures to cover pickup and drop off of trailer. Please update the app to function properly, because it is a good tool.

john bTrain your people it took 4 hours and I had a 10am appointment and had to go to 3 locations and took 4 hours will not go to U-Haul again
ALLAN JI was charged, substantially, for not returning equipment I did not rent. I may be looking into taking legal action against your company if not properly compensated
