The staff was friendly.
Eva MThe drop off location was a dive. I would of preferred to have been given a physical receipt upon returning truck but was told only an email receipt would be issued. I was holding my breath that I would receive a email receipt but fortunately I did.
gail bI wasn’t able to complete the return steps online. There were some technical issues. Luckily the store was open and the CSR in the store helped.
