Explain pricing better , also contacting is nonexistent. Im not sure why I paid a lot more than I thought .

Tosha was absolutely amazing. She helped me with the issues that the pickup location refused to help me with and she helped me to prove that U-Haul customer service lied to me and caused me to spend more money.
Dominick MI needed a truck for a in town move that was approximately 400 miles round trip, my rental truck was clean and did have new tires, that said it was an older truck with 140,000 miles and had approximately 6 inches of play in the steering and the seat felt like an older truck. I probably should have asked different truck before leaving the rental location. The place I rented it from was all good, people friendly and no issues at all with the rental process - the truck I rented needed to be retired long before my rental.
