I would recommend sending out someone to confirm if locations have a key drop box available. I dropped off my u-haul at the Discount Smoke on Madison in New Port Richey, Fl but they didn’t have a key drop off. I had to go over to the self storage to ask the gentleman there.

FRANK HHonestly wasn't impressed. Uhaul location is a smile shop,smells in there. There was no lock box.to drop the keys off I to..had to walk inside.store.
LISA MThe truck had no ac or blower fan functioning. The brakes were soft. The shifter lever was sloppy and didnt move freely. Just a horrible experience and the uhaul app is next to worthless.
