The only reason I put no for if personnel were helpful is because I check the uhaul in myself without any assistance and simply used the app. Very easy to follow instructions that didn’t involve a third party.

If someone orders a truck 3 months in advance it should be available on the date of the reservation at the location it is to be rented from. I am disabled and notifying the Better Business Bureau of the experience.

FREDERICK BI could not get the keys to the truck and was still charged. This was over a week ago and I still have not been refunded. This was a terrible experience.
Ryan Di would recommend to a friend only if necessary. There is no one "on site" on a regular basis, but at least they called to confirm when I could pick up the truck. Not a very professional "presentation" but it was ok...
