I tried to call and change my drop off for the trailer and I called waited 20 mins to finally speak to a really rude woman. She told me I was unable to change my drop off location because someone had already booked that trailer she told me there was nothing that could be done because I signed the contract said I could be charged twice the amount I understand what she was saying but didn't like tone.

The location I picked up at in New Town United Quality the 4 people (Training) that helped me were great and friendly overall. Leigh I believe, she was the nicest even the day after was great. BUT!!, whoever the customer service woman is that from Fargo is the rudest woman ever!!! She wasnt helpful, or understanding at all, I asked for a name she threatened me and she hung up on me! How professional is that. I'm not the only one the associates in New Town have the same issue. She made my experience the worst ever! Because of her I wont rent from Uhaul ever again!!

Minot could not and did not hold up to there abligation. I ended up having to drive myself, a handicap person, 150 miles round trip to get the trailer. It ended up costing me another 60.00 on a motel because i missed getting to the storage place before it closed. What did uhaul give me for compensation...a stupid dumb ass 1 day extra. Which is totally relevant since i turned it in within 24 hrs. I still have a half a apt to move out on the29th of aug. Now i can't trust uhaul no more and might have to buy a trlr i dont need just to guarantee myself i can a trlr for my move outday. Minot uhaul flat told me they were NOT going to get it for me so i will tell everybody i know stay away from minot uhaul if you have a specific day to move out. They'll not come thru.

Fuel on contract was higher then amount in truck. Dirty with garbage left from previous customer Didn't allot enough miles to complete my journey without causing overage on miles.

The location on google maps is inaccurate or out of date. A change to that information would improve the next customer's experience.

Uhaul changed my location, but gave us extra days on the truck we were renting so that was helpful

Spent two days trying to contact location for return. Never got accurate address. Drove around wasting gas searching for location (which is 2 hours from my new home) and ended up having to drop the truck at the old location to avoid late and penalty charges. Not helpful at all and added extra unnecessary stress to my move.

they only had 5x8 trailers

Horrible experience. The reserved vehicle was not available after over a month after the request was submitted. Then a much smaller vehicle was provided with a trailer but only after a three hour trip to retrive the vehicle at our expense. We didn't keep the vehicle as a competitor offered a much better deal and was able to provide us with a vehicle that met our need with a better rate. This experience caused a great deal of strife and confusion during an already tumultuous point in a move. All of our friends, family and associates have been advised against using that U-haul location. Terrible customer service and overall experience.

The pick up location did not mark the right mileage and I was charged extra mileage but the receiving location was very helpful and tried to help me the best they could.

Rob is amazing! Helpful, patient, hooked up my trailer and unhooked on return in the freezing cold! Couldn't ask for more!
