I felt like family as soon as I walk in. I was served immediately, and given personnal attention throught the whole process.
ROSS PAlthough this was not our preferred location, the staff at this location were helpful and friendly. However, they only open at 9. Our reservation was for 8am. They did have a key in a lock box waiting for us, but U-Haul never communicated this arrangement and we were never sent a code for the lock box. It threw our day off and was extremely frustrating to not be able to get to our rental at the confirmed time.
MANUEL PMy complaint is with regard to the fact that I scheduled to pickup my rental at one locations and I was contacted the day prior to let me know I was going to need to drive 30 minutes away to pick up my trailer. It was nice to be upgraded however it cost me an hour of my trip to have to go much further away to get my rental. The customer agent told me she had no one that could move the trailer to the correct location.
