Always fast and friendly service

Lynn SI felt like family as soon as I walk in. I was served immediately, and given personnal attention throught the whole process.
ROSS PAlthough this was not our preferred location, the staff at this location were helpful and friendly. However, they only open at 9. Our reservation was for 8am. They did have a key in a lock box waiting for us, but U-Haul never communicated this arrangement and we were never sent a code for the lock box. It threw our day off and was extremely frustrating to not be able to get to our rental at the confirmed time.
