Brendan BI dropped the U-Haul off at 7:30 and the staff said they would check it back in. I just got my receipt from U-Haul and I was charged until 10:00 am the following day.

Hirender SWoman working there was kind of confused how the process worked, app was glitching and would not accept photos of my drivers license so had to chat with an agent to finish up the verification, ended up not working so the agent went ahead and just approved the verification process. The whole process to get the keys took about 40 minutes even with me getting there 20 mins earlier. Will not be using UHaul in the future
