Very good service from the lady on the phone who called me when I was running late and moved my time later a bit. Then the lady at the store pickup location was great too. Everything was very easy and quick. Thank you.

pickup location is regular food market place and not primary U-Haul pickup depot, staff did decent support, I'll come back next time without problem
Zoran NWhen I returned the vehicle I parked it the same way I picked up the van. They informed me to park the vehicle a different way. The representative informed me that I Needed to move the van or else. I told her I wanted to leave the vehicle the same way I picked it up in the exact same position. I felt very uncomfortable with the whole interaction. Won’t be using that location anymore.
Steven SExtremely tight parking, rude service (actually no service) all self served. The lady slowed us down and stressed us out. Van in poor condition and dirty. Emergency parking brake dangling. Very poor experience
Camille JThe representative at the location had poor communication, not respectful and took extra unnecessary steps. As an example during return even though the app explicitly directed me to “leave the key at the drop box”, the representative was asked to point me to the drop-box, they told me that there is non and they had me wait for them to re-check everything before I was “allowed” to leave. Same happened during pickup with caused us valuable time with the equipment.
