The staff here were very helpful and nice. However, I was very disappointed with U-Hual rental. Even though I booked a few weeks before my move, they didn't provide a dolly or moving pads, and as a result, my furniture got scratched.

The van could use a wash outside.

Zoran NWhen I returned the vehicle I parked it the same way I picked up the van. They informed me to park the vehicle a different way. The representative informed me that I Needed to move the van or else. I told her I wanted to leave the vehicle the same way I picked it up in the exact same position. I felt very uncomfortable with the whole interaction. Won’t be using that location anymore.
