The women at this location went above and beyond to assist me after U-Haul triple booked and left me wondering if I was even going to get a truck. Then again on drop off the U-haul app wasn't working (kept looping steps 1-2) so they assisted. The location was great, U-Haul failed me twice in one booking. I'm sorry these women have to handle a company that fails to do something properly that it has been doing for years.

Hirender SParking would be helpful to put on the website. Otherwise it’s hard to find parking as it’s near the hospital.
Pearl LThe staff here were very helpful and nice. However, I was very disappointed with U-Hual rental. Even though I booked a few weeks before my move, they didn't provide a dolly or moving pads, and as a result, my furniture got scratched.
