The self-check in process was the worst check in experience I have ever had. Neither the app or website was working due to an “internal error” it took 45 minutes for us to check in. It was also not made clear to us that we needed additional “assurances” such as passport, another contact, a lease agreement, etc to check in. Will not be recommending using the app to others
