TEMESGEN HI had a guaranteed pickup at 10:00 AM. I had people lined up to help me load the vehicle. I did not get the vehicle until close to 2:00. The helpers were no longer able to help. I also had to go from Vancouver to Westminster to pick up the rental. I reserved moving blankets. They were not available. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional.
JEFFREY HTruck was clean interior and exterior. Owner called me a night before advising to pickup the truck early because it gets busy later on. Glad he called me and was able to leave the store after 15mins.
