I was not able to scan the back of my drivers licence successfully in the u-haul app - it crashed repeatedly. In the end, I was able to use the web page.

Was disappointed as I rented the truck at the place where my furniture was stored and close to the highway, purposely so no in town driving was necessary. The place where it was picked up changed the day before our moving date and now was in suburban Vancouver and not even in the same town as the storage center. Added a lot of time and hassle to our moving day.
EMILY CI was impressed on how clean the unit was. The staff was clear and straight to the point, the check in and check out was quick and easy
