Henry SWe originally reserved a van at one location, but 45 minutes before our pick up date they text me that we had to go to a different location to pick up our reserved van. Therefore it added extra mileage and money onto our reservation.
KATHLEEN HBoth times I’ve rented the windows could have been cleaned off better. But overall everything was at it should have been. And no hiccups! Moving is stressful enough.
Eileen PWorker was friendly. However this was my first experience and it was not a good one. They didnt seem to know too much about what they were supposed to do. Took a very long time. Then was told my drop off location that I selected is not showing up and I have to call main number, to which i was transferred 3 different times. Then i was sent 3 different addresses to where im supposed to pick up the truck in a 10 min span. Overall not a good experience with uhaul.
