Once I got in to pick up my truck, I was told I need a key number, took me 30 mins to get the key number in order to get the truck, plus once I got the truck, it said low tire maintenance and the truck was not driving good at all. I needed the truck to move my son's stuff from an apartment. The whole eay, truck was drifting, will not rent again from uhaul, very disappointed.

Diana JThe truck was fine, but when I returned it a few hours later, the representative did not put it in the system. I got multiple emails and calls saying that the truck was not returned. I have to call customer service to resolve the issue.
