The staff was very helpful. The only thing I would like to see changed would be to have the equipment out of the weeds.

Excellent customer service / would recommend anyone to shop at this location for any supplies they need that they supply as well as U-haul service
Dave WThis uhaul rental experience ended up costing me a half day, paying movers to stand still and do nothing because u haul gave me the run around to get a truck, that was per scheduled. Aside from the truck rental I had to pay for extra gas, 3 movers to stand idle for 3 hours@ $150/hr and put us far behind our schedule. Uhaul definitely dropped the ball on this one. If that wasn't enough, the associate at this store was an absolute jerk. He really didn't care to hear my complaints, nor try to fix the problem and he showed up late. The store stinks and is filthy. I pray I never have to move again...but if I do I will shop other moving vendors. Uhaul wasted both my time and money. And did very little to fix the problems they created.
