I had car trouble, so I called Great Lakes Feed to let them know the trailer would not be returned in time. I left 3 messages total, over the course of 4 days. Never heard a peep anyone there. They never returned any one my calls.

Making the process a little faster
Lynn DThere was a leak in the cab over area above the driver, the windshield wipers were in poor condition. I would have never noticed only it rained. The app to take photos of the truck did not work on my iPhone or the location owners iPhone. He took photos and was helpful.
PAUL Bproblems with uhaul computer were handled by great lakes feed manager.
