Had to wait 2 hours to receive the truck computers down and app not working.
NIZIMBAA WMy concern at drop off is that when I pulled up a man came out to greet me, I clicked on the app and the app kept requesting steps to take (pictures etc ) and told me to put the key in the drop box. The man came out greeted me and kept saying that I did not have to follow the steps and I should give him the key. I called U-Haul 800# but then eventually found the drop off box on my own. The 800# was not helpful. I think this should be clearer. If I’m allowed to hand the key to a person, that should be stated. It was a bit nerve racking.
