No sign or indication it was a uhaul location. This was a motel. I had to call and ask. Woman was very abrupt and rude. Very strange dropoff experience.
Leroy B.The truck was in the back of a motel - not specified well at all. If I KNEW it was at the back of a motel it would have been a lot less confusing. In addition there was no one there in the office - we had to wait for someone to come in from someplace local. We were there on time for our pickup.
