When we arrived Sunday afternoon to drop off the truck, it was off course closed. This was not the issue. I have T mobile. We were in a wifi dead zone and vacillating between 1 bar of service and SOS to try and use the app and take and upload as requested through the app. My battery almost died while trying to do this. I had to drive away, buy a charger, sit and charge, then walk back N and forth to try and get the photo, keep service. All in all what should have taken 15 mins took 1.5 hours. When I finally got all the photos and clicked upload, it spun for over 15 mins. I called, sat on hold for 9 mins and then told the person what had happened and that I was trying to m ensure the images had all uploaded. They had and the app was spinning in an infinite loop not telling me it had what it needed. Locations should have wifi if an app and uploads are required. Also, you should be able to choose images from your library so you can take them all and then upload.

We believe the lady who helped us made all the difference at Storage King on Old Road! I wouldn't change a thing! Best experience ever! We needed a Uhaul last minute and one was available within 2 min. We showed up, and she stopped what she was doing to help us immediately. She thoroughly explained all the details so we weren't blindsided by a huge bill. She checked us out and we ended up paying less than anticipating. What a great experience!

Kevin YMy one problem with this location is the lack of cell service. Very difficult to do online check-out / check-in.
Douglas KZoe AI app does not work! It took me an hour to make my reservation because the app only asks one question at a time. Once I got throught the process I did get several confermation text. When I went to pick up my rental the person at the location could not find my reservation. When I showed them my confermaion on my phone they just laught and said that the "AI app is a Joke!". Luckly the had a Van they could rent me, but did not have a dolly, I was told that they were all reserved, that next time I should call them directly. I night droped the Van with the proper amout of fuel, moving pads, ect, but I have not recieved my close out invoice. I call the location directly and was told that the system was down. This whole process has been a disapointment and will try Ryder or another company even if it cost more,
