First of all I am being charged an extra $84 above my initial reservation. We picked up he UHaul with no gas in it. We were told we would receive a credit for gas and that we should return it empty. We did. Now we are charged $40+ in gas. Secondly our pickup location was changed and we were charged extra mileage because we had to drive further, because UHaul changed our location. We were charged for not returning 12 blankets but we weren’t given 12 blankets to start with. And then we were charged a cleaning fee. For what? Talking the used blankets out of the back of the truck? I’m about to disputed this charge. Bye bye UHaul.

UHaul needs to better identify emails informing a change of pick-up location, such as actually stating in the email header there has been a location change. I arrived at the initial location and no one knew about it. It wasn't until I pulled up my email on my phone that I found a second email with the same "Your UHaul Order" title that had the new address with little or no explanation. So irritating! Also, I don't know if UHaul's systems are just generally bad or if it was a bad day, but this location could not process my order and had to send me to a third location to get me checked out. That location also had trouble and ended up just canceling and redoing my order so they could actually process it. The unexpected delay of having to travel to two other locations and lengthy system issues ended up causing me to miss and having to reschedule appointments which are now impacting my time and costs in significant ways. The folks at all three UHaul locations where as nice and helpful as possible, and I have nothing but praise for them. But all the corporate UHaul systems issues caused a LOT of headache for me and I'm unsure if I can trust UHaul ever again for my vehicle rental needs. Finally, this is not the first time I've shared this story. The night I returned my rental I emailed UHaul Customer Service with my complaints, asking to be contacted. I've yet to hear from anyone so it's hard not to think that corporate UHaul doesn't really care about their customers. To sum up, this particular location was great, but the company they work with for truck rentals really stinks.

I did not have a good experience. I rented the trailer but it was the wrong size. Brought it back last than 2 hours later and still got charged for a whole day!!!

This place is the best. Two days before the truck was due, they called me to see how the truck was running and asked if I needed directions to their location. Great customer service!

Check the wiper blades more often. More than once I've rented Uhaul and the wiper blades were poor. Also the interior of the truck could be cleaner. Other than that I would use and recommend Uhaul again. Thanks

We had originally rented from 375 HWY 74 in Preachtree City and when arrived were told they had given our trailer to someone else - even though we were on time. Then didn't offer any compensation and then sent us to this location. We were told it was about 4 miles away... It was 12 miles away and took about 30 minutes to get there. We then had to cancel our family plans we had made for the day since now, after waiting in Peachtree for about an hour, not a good experience at all. Not this facilities problem but it was not a good experience. Then the trailer they rented us leaked and only gave us 11 blankets instead of 12. One package of blankets smelled like dirty dog. Had to put them on the furniture anyway didn't have time to go back and get more. OVER ALL not good!!!

Received a call on the day of pickup advising me that, even though my reservation was for 5:00 p.m., if I arrived at that time, the place would be closed, as Tiffany did not want to keep the store open late. The truck itself was old and ran poorly. I am familiar with 26' straight trucks. This one was not in very good repair.

The only thing that saves this location is the Manager, Jeanie. The truck was so dirty & sticky from spilled coke, we had to mop it out before loading our stuff.
