I was charged for an extra day when I did in fact turn the rental in on time. I tried to call this location to dispute but no one answered. I received the U-Haul with 18 miles left until empty and returned with 82 miles left until empty and did not receive a fuel credit.
Kyle SPick up was great. Even though I arranged mobile pickup, when I was a little confused with how the app was working, the staff on-site was very helpful and knowledgeable to fix everything up and get me on my way.
MICHAEL GFacility did not open till 9:00am. Facility associate was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I reserved 36 blankets. Blankets were extremely dirty… several had hay embedded in fibers, others were extremely dirty, two even had dead bed bugs embedded in fibers of the blanket. Truck bed cleanliness was not as expected, very dirty flooring.
