Terrible Location. There is nobody to help. I did a counter reservation and had to turn into a mobile because they don’t respect their schedule. It was supposed to be open from 9-2 and it also says It says closed some saturdays 😳😳😳 The truck is really old, has over 190,000 miles Runs ok, but it’s pretty old. I won’t rent from this location ever again

CATHERINE BI was charged for an extra day when I did in fact turn the rental in on time. I tried to call this location to dispute but no one answered. I received the U-Haul with 18 miles left until empty and returned with 82 miles left until empty and did not receive a fuel credit.
Kyle SPick up was great. Even though I arranged mobile pickup, when I was a little confused with how the app was working, the staff on-site was very helpful and knowledgeable to fix everything up and get me on my way.
