Drop ran smooth, but no one was there. Key left in drop box
SONYA HNo furniture blankets available on pick up, no proper instructions on how to load and use the trailer, just a "that is going to cost you a lot of money for gas..." Was send to another U-Haul location for the blankets, they wanted to charge me again, saying it was a separate transaction, even after seeing my invoice with the payment for the blankets. Had to be persistent in not paying until they accepted, costed me about 30 min delay in my move... Not a great experience...

MAJOR HSuper easy to schedule, pick-up and return. Staff both days were very friendly and helpful. I would use them again and definitely recommend them.
