Actually put moving blankets in truck if customer orders moving blankets. Clean truck to at least a minimal degree between clients. Get the truck serviced every now and then: the transmission sucks.

RHONDA LThe location was not open during the hours it claimed to be open. Had to do everything via Uhauls' website because I couldn't complete the rental in the crappy app, even with tech support's help. Wasted a lot of time trying to pick up the rental because of the app that didn't work. It was not a great experience.
