The add on service: Moving Help was a nightmare! This needs to be organized better. Service was unprofessional... The 2 man team showed up 3 hours late and blame it on traffic. No tools! I was also charge an additional hour of service ($60) because apparently there is/was a min. of 2 hrs upload and 2 hrs download. I was also charged an additional $35 to disassemble bed and reassemble bed. I would have thought this was included in my pre moved payment to Uhaul, but noooo. This fee was ask to be paid onsite, and there was no way I was going to argue with two guys. I felt no choice but to pay the fees in order for my service to get completed. This was a real shitty feeling and I would never use are recommended this service to anyone I know! Please look into this awful practice!
