James R.This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life when I got to the location they said that they were closed I thought I had a reservation set up for this location they blamed it on the manager being sick and had to go to the hospital if that's the case they should have had a replacement person to run the Business then once I got here was able to finally get a truck I also ordered a tool to carry one of my cars they wanted me to put the tool on myself which I was not experienced never ever experienced anybody telling me to take that risk to hurt others on the road after that I get the U-Haul and once I decided to turn it in a day early because I didn't need it the lady that runs the U-Haul place in Pakistan refuse to answer her phone do you have company in Louisville told me that I should've never been charged a deposit and that he could not refund me for the towing equipment He stated that they should've taken it off of my order in Arkansas this is the worst experience I have ever had they have over $200 of my money and they're not yet returned it
