Craig RI requested a dolly and there wasn't one to be had then the outside and inside of the trailer was dirty and pictures were taken by the rental agency. I returned it in the same condition outside as when I received it, but I did I sweep and clean out the interior. It was cleaner inside then when I picked it up and the pictures from the pickup location will show it was filthy when I got it. It ticks me off that I was charged this cleaning fee. It certainly was not clean when I got it and I do not appreciate being charged for someone else's mess. Clearly Uhaul does not clean the trailers even though the charge a cleaning fee. They just keep passsing the fee on down to the next customer
