Don't tell someone they can return before midnight to avoid an additional day charged, then charge them for an extra day. Truck ran like shit and the check engine light was on. Im gonna spend 30 bucks less to get unlimited miles with nicer truck at home depot next time

Paris MI was looking for U-Haul signs on the building and couldn’t find it. Had to drive around the block to go back and decided just to drive into the driveway and see the little u-haul sign on the window. From the street, all you see is a small driveway with a closed gate, and the Airport Storage sign confused me even more. Anyway, once you drive in there’s only one parking. I used the Mobil pick up and checked in the night before. When I was there, used the app to “pick up” the truck and it asked me all the questions that I ‘d answered the night before when checked in. Then it said my truck is ready parked near by which I saw. But when I checked it out it wasn’t the right one. Had to go inside to ask the employee and he had to go get it. So much for saving time with Mobil pick up. It was also confusing when the app asked how many miles I’m going to drive it. I had to guess a number to put down. However, when I received the receipt, they only charged the actual mikes that I drove.
Hoan N- Car was super dirty, super old and outdated, malfunctioning pieces such as break release and window handle. - Staff present in the office was super friendly and helpful. Problem was the car.
