The guy is a rude arrogant asshole
KRISTIN WThis location takes you to the middle of a bridge. The real location was several miles away and I had to search Google for the nearest location.. which had parts of the address but the rest is not real!

Kevin AFirst I booked several months in advance for a Van. I’m 6’4 and 309 lbs with some disabilities. This is why I requested a van for comfort. Literally two days before I received a call from U-Haul advising no vans in my area. But suggested going to Morristown 40 minutes away from my home one way to get a van. Logistically this wasn’t an option for having means of transportation to pick up. Only true option I had was a small 10 ft truck. I picked it up on Thursday at noon. The AC doesn’t work great and truck was poorly taken care of. To the point I cleaned out old food and wrapping before I made my trip. Then stated as before my stature and disabilities this was not a comfortable or ideal truck to be in. Which made my 5 hour trip one way borderline unbearable. Costumer service needs to be addressed at all these vendors.
