Uhaul reservations system needs improvement. We set up our lodging plan to pickup reserved vehicle only to find out the day before pickup that that location doesn’t even carry the size truck that I reserved. This site was walking distance from hotel. We were redirected to another site 4 Miles from hotel that required us to spend money for another Uber and it opened 2 hours later than my reservation time which negatively impacted our pack out arrangements. This is not the Uhaul that I have come to expect. This experience cost me money , time and frustration.

You need to make sure that when somebody uses it a truck that they can take it to the nearest place when they're done with it and not have to drive it back to the place they got it and also when he told them you wanted to bring it back on a day but no time just by the end of the day you don't get charged another day
Keith DHappy Store in Newton was not the problem, they did great. I originally rented a 26' Truck from 440 N Ohio St Salina KS for 48 hours. I show up on Friday when I have 4 people who took off work to help me move and they said they only have a 20' truck and I have to have it back within 24 hours. I rented this vehicle over a week in advance. There was not another U-Haul anywhere near Salina that had a 26' truck available so I had to drive 70 Miles away (one way) to pickup this truck then drive 70 miles back to Salina to move causing me to pay a bunch of extra money in fuel and mileage that I shouldn't have had to pay to begin with. The only reason I did it was because of everyone that took time away from their jobs to help me. Was absolutely disappointed in the experience and I would give 0 starts if it was an option.
