secluded location did not feel safe
Noreen VU-Haul needs to stay on top of which “neighborhood” locations are open or closed. My drop off location was permanently closed and I had to find another one. However the service at Rossano & Sons was excellent.
Lou IThe lady that helped check me in was very friendly and helpful. They had the vehicle in stock and it was ready when I got there.
Thomas DEquipment needed some tweaks but overall customer service was A+++.
