We had an excellent experience. The truck was very well maintained. It fit the size of what we needed it for the time that we were allowed. It was appreciated as the move that we had to do was pretty substantial. Very great customer service very attentive, easy drop off no hassles. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Said they were open on the app but nobody was there otherwise no issues just dropped the trailer in what I thought was a good spot and sent pics through the app
BENTON PThe place is not a U-Haul center but once you see the U-Haul trucks in the back, then you know you're there. The sign could be a little more clear as to the place to return your U-Haul rental. But the lady I spoke to was very nice and courteous.
