This is the second time I've used this location and it was a terrible experience both times. Owner is unhelpful and dismissive. The first time it was only a trailer drop off and they expected me to lift that large trailer off my hitch. I've had many back surgeries so nope. Also, the Uhaul I picked up at in AL had hooked it up for me at pick-up. This second time, under a time crunch, I'm dropping off the truck, its pouring rain, and the owner literally says, I'll check you out when it stops raining. I asked him when he thought that might be? He finally just took the keys from me. Absolutely ridiculous. I'll be using Pensky from here on out.

Jacob PThe truck we rented was a bit dirty on floor mats, and it had soda (soft drink) spilled on the console and passenger seat. I reported this on the app at pick up.
SARAH HI had a lot of trouble getting someone to wait on me. I finally had to walk around and find help. I also had ordered an appliance dolly and they only had a regular dolly. He did not offer to try to help me find one somewhere else. The truck cab smelled like cigarette smoke.
